Building Effective Relationship
Human beings are social creatures and the better the relationship at work is, the more productive individuals are. According to Edgal Schein, the decisive factor as to whether or not help will occur in human situations involving personality, group dynamics, and culture is the relationship between the helper and the person, group, or organization that needs help. It therefore makes a lot of sense for there to be a good relationship among teams in an organisation. However, this is not always the case. Egotism, scramble for limited resources, exercise of authority, culture are some of the factors that come in between having an effective relationship in an organisation.Aimed at employees across board, this workshop achieves the following outcomes;
- Helps individuals to strengthen relationship with people they don’t naturally get on with
- Help to develop the use of empathy to build relationship
- Improve communication with a manager, colleague, customer, or anyone else where the relationship is important
