Career Counselling & Consultation

Career Counselling & Consultation
At Career Edge, we have devised a process which enables people to recognise and utilise their resources to make career related decisions and manage career related issues.

Individuals are faced with different career challenges at work that may impact on their effectiveness. So also, there is an interdependence of career and non-career considerations which impacts on the productivity of an individual. Our practice focus only on the work related part of a person’s life while recognising the overlap between career and personal counselling.

In providing our counselling service, we draw on the work of several counselling techniques including the client centred approach of Carl Rogers, the staged approach of Gerard Egan and some other positive and solution focussed techniques.

Instances that can make an individual in an organisation seek career counselling includes;
