Shayo is currently undergoing a study on disruptive strategy at the Harvard
Business School where she is learning how the future organisations will be driven
by disruptive forces beyond them and how they can adapt.
With over 30 years experience in various industries; oil and gas, finance, FMCG,
insurance and media, Shayo has watched global trends and had seen how business
operations had been impacted by transformational factors over the years. With this,
she is able to provide advisory services to organisations and individuals to make
the right changes in their strategy at the right time to survive disruption.
She is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, an alumnus of the Lagos
Business School and Stellenbosch Business School South Africa. She is a Director in
Troyka Holdings where she is involved in the review of strategy, operational and
financial performance and providing advisory and compliance support to the 10
companies in the group.
She will be speaking on ‘the future of work and digital revolution; implications
for individual career development’
