Oshiomha has a wide experience in talent management cutting across industries
and business types from sole proprietorship to multinationals. His work experience
at strategic levels in organisations such as Accenture, UBA Group, Workforce Group,
MTN, First Bank and currently British American Tobacco makes his advice on breaking
career stagnancy invaluable having been a resourceful employee in these
organisations.
His Over 15-years work experience has seen him developed deep skills in HR strategy
& planning, learning management, competency management, job analysis & evaluation,
career & performance management, organization design and effectiveness, HR business
processes modelling and HR software (ERP) implementation/support making him a
desirable individual by many organisations
He is presently the Area Head of Talent Management and Organisational Effectiveness
for British American Tobacco, covering the West Africa, the East and Central Africa
Areas where he is responsible for ensuring the organisation has a pool of right
talents to drive the strategy of the organisation.
He is an alumnus of the Lagos Business School and will be speaking on ‘how to break
career stagnancy; a quest for self-progression’.
