Muyiwa has an extensive consulting practice with KPMG Professional Services, where he has been
involved in various consulting engagements in both private and public sectors and led various
engagement teams, particularly in the areas of executive search/selection and training services.
He has been involved in the identification and selection of personnel for entry level to management positions
in the leading companies in various sectors: banking and finance, public, telecommunications, oil and gas,
manufacturing and international agencies.
He currently heads the Talent Management unit at First Bank Nigeria Limited with overall responsibility for the
global talent acquisition and retention across the Group. He also has direct oversight responsibility for
Performance Management & Strategic Reward and Career & Capability Development units.
